DecorAI (“we”, “our”, or “us”) is an AI interior design mobile app developed by Rocket Digital Limited. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application (the “App”) on iOS and Android, and when you visit our website at https://www.decorapp.app.
Information We Collect
We collect information that you provide directly to us and information collected automatically through your use of the App and website.
- Account and Profile Information: If you create an account, we may collect your email address, name, and profile preferences.
- Photos and Content You Upload: When you use DecorAI’s AI room design features, you upload room photos. These photos are processed to generate interior design ideas. We may temporarily store uploaded photos to provide the service and improve the AI models.
- Usage and Device Data: We collect device information (model, operating system, unique device identifiers), app usage data, and diagnostic information to improve performance and fix issues.
- Analytics and Advertising Data: We use third-party services for analytics and advertising (see “Third-Party Services” below). These services may collect information such as device identifiers, IP address, and in-app activity.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and improve the DecorAI AI interior design app and website.
- Generate and deliver AI room redesigns, before-and-after concepts, and style suggestions from your photos.
- Personalize your experience and remember your favorite styles and saved designs.
- Communicate with you about the App, updates, support, and promotions (you can opt out of marketing at any time).
- Analyze usage trends, diagnose technical problems, and prevent fraud or abuse.
- Comply with legal obligations.
Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate and improve DecorAI. These providers may process certain data as described in their own privacy policies:
- RevenueCat – In-app subscriptions and purchase management.
- Firebase (Google) – App backend, authentication, database, and analytics.
- Google AdMob – Advertising in the free version of the app.
- OpenAI – AI model processing for generating interior design concepts (photos and prompts are sent for generation only and not stored by OpenAI for training unless you opt in elsewhere).
- Microsoft Azure – Cloud infrastructure and certain AI services.
- Replicate – AI image generation and model hosting.
- Fal.ai – Additional AI model inference and image processing.
- Google Analytics – Website and app usage analytics.
- Meta Pixel – Advertising and conversion tracking on our website.
- Vercel Analytics – Performance and usage analytics for our website.
Each of these services has its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review them.
Data Retention and Deletion
We retain uploaded room photos only as long as necessary to provide the service and improve our AI features. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting hello@rocketdigital.ai. Deleting the app does not automatically delete server-side data associated with your account.
Children’s Privacy
DecorAI is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us so we can delete it.
Your Choices and Rights
You may have rights under applicable data protection laws (including GDPR and CCPA) to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal information. To exercise these rights, email hello@rocketdigital.ai. We will respond within the timeframes required by law.
