Terms of Service

Welcome to DecorAI. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the DecorAI mobile application (available on iOS and Android) and the website at https://www.decorapp.app (collectively, the “Service”), operated by Rocket Digital Limited (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

By downloading, installing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Description of the Service

DecorAI is an AI-powered interior design mobile application that allows users to upload photos of rooms and generate AI-created interior design ideas, room makeovers, furniture inspiration, decor concepts, and before-and-after visualizations. The Service is provided for personal, non-commercial use as visual inspiration and early-stage planning support.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you may use the Service only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. User Content and AI Generations

You retain ownership of the room photos you upload. By uploading photos, you grant us a limited license to process those photos through third-party AI services (including but not limited to OpenAI, Replicate, Fal.ai, Microsoft Azure) solely to generate and deliver design results to you.

AI-generated designs are for inspirational and planning purposes only. They are not construction documents, exact measurements, or professional interior design advice. Results may vary based on photo quality, lighting, angle, and chosen style.

4. Responsible Use Notice

DecorAI helps users create AI-generated interior design ideas and room planning concepts. Results should be used as visual inspiration and early-stage planning support. For structural renovation, electrical work, plumbing, permits, or complex interior projects, users should consult qualified professionals.

5. Subscriptions and Purchases

Certain features may require a paid subscription or in-app purchase managed through Apple App Store or Google Play. Pricing and terms are shown in the App before you confirm a purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Refunds are handled according to the policies of Apple or Google.

6. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with or relies on third-party providers including RevenueCat (subscriptions), Firebase (backend), Google AdMob (advertising), OpenAI, Microsoft Azure, Replicate, Fal.ai (AI processing), Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and Vercel Analytics. Your use of the Service is also subject to the terms and privacy policies of these providers.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any law.
• Upload photos that contain illegal, harmful, infringing, or offensive content.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the AI models or source code.
• Interfere with the security or performance of the Service.
• Use automated means to access the Service beyond normal personal use.

8. Intellectual Property

The DecorAI app, website, branding, and all AI models and software are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service except as expressly permitted.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT AI-GENERATED DESIGNS WILL BE ACCURATE, REALISTIC, BUILDABLE, OR SUITABLE FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DECISIONS YOU MAKE BASED ON RESULTS FROM THE SERVICE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ROCKET DIGITAL LIMITED AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.

11. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update the Service or these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the App or website.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hong Kong.
